Dr. Wan Hoi Koo D.D.S., M.S.
US trained certified Prosthodontist
Dr. Wan Hoi Koo received his post-doctoral training in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, USA. He has practiced comprehensive Esthetic, Restorative, and Implant dentistry.
Prosthodontics is one of the only nine dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA). In fact, out of approximately 150,000 dentists nationwide, only 4000, just 2% are Prosthodontists. It is the only specialty dedicated to esthetic, reconstructive, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Koo is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, and the American College of Prosthodontists. He is also a member of The Korean Academy of Prosthodontics.

Cavity Treatment
Tooth loss, decay or fracture are treated with metal-free restorations such as porcelain inlay or zirconia crown which are custom designed and fabricated. As an alternative to amalgam, porcelain inlay or zirconia crown restores the decayed area with a natural color and shape for a healthy and bright smile.
Root Canal Treatment
Root Canal Treatments repair and save a severely decayed or infected tooth. The nerve and pulp of the tooth are removed, cleaned and sealed to relieve pain. The treated tooth is sealed with zirconia crown or porcelain infused metal to prevent further damage.
Implant
The best choice for replacement of loss natural tooth is implant supported porcelain or zirconia crown. The synthetic tooth remains intact and closely mimics the function of the patient’s natural tooth.
Aesthetic Dental Care (Veneers)
Porcelain veneers can completely transform a smile. Veneers are thin, metal-free, high-strength ceramic restorations individually fabricated to replace the enamel surface of the tooth. Trios 3
Trios 3 is an oral scanner that captures digital impressions and allows the built-in camera to capture a colored stereoscopic 3D scan. Digital impressions allow patients a much more time-efficient and comfortable care compared to silicon impressions.
One Guide Implant
One-guide implant determines the optimal implant placement position. Through CT scans and oral impressions, customized guides for each patient are created with more accuracy and safety through simulation done through computer.
To minimize the risk of dental Infection, we gladly follow the Standard Infection Control Precautions of ADA* and CDC**
We use Blue Barrier Film which prevents cross contamination.
We use Disposable Headrest Cover which prevents contamination between patients.
We use Disposable Hand Piece Cover which prevents contamination from body fluid and blood.
